DESCRIPTION:What is it? \nThe first annual Experiential Learning Symposium is being hosted by the Center for Teaching and Learning and will showcase experiential KU students’ experiential learning experiences. \n  \nWhy host it? \nTo give students an opportunity to reflect on and share the experiential learning opportunities they have had\, including challenges and successes\, to inspire others. \n  \nWho is it for? \nThe Virtual Symposium is open to all KU students who can share highlights of their experiential learning from the following programs: \n\nInternships\nService learning\nClinical education\nStudent teaching\nStudy abroad\nUndergraduate research experience\nField work\n\n  \nHow will it work? \nStudents can present their accomplishments in one of the following ways: \n\nElevator Pitch (10 min session); or\nStandard Presentation (20 min session); or\nGroup Presentation (30 min session)\n\n  \nHow to Apply? \nInterested students who want to participate in the Fall 2021 Virtual Symposium should apply at this link. \n  \n
