السيرة الذاتية:

I earned my PhD degree in April 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Aasheesh Srivastava at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal, India, in the topic ‘Anion- and Enzyme-Responsive Self-Assemblies of Amino Acid Amphiphiles for Versatile Biomedical Applications’.

Following that, in 2024 Aug, I joined Institute For Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (inStem) Bangalore, India as postdoctoral research fellow where I worked with Prof. Praveen Kumar Vemula to develop 'stimuli-responsive pro-drug-based self-assembled hydrogel systems' for various Antibacterial and Vascularized Composite Allotransplantation (VCA) applications.

In Mar 2026, I joined Khalifa University as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Here I am working with Dr. Manzar Abbas on designing and developing of Peptide-based coacervates for various environmental/biomedical applications.

Additional Info

I am originally from Sambalpur, Odisha, located in the eastern part of India near the Bay of Bengal. Sambalpur is situated near the world’s longest earthen dam, the Hirakud Dam. Built across the Mahanadi River, it is one of the longest dams in the world and plays a crucial role in flood control, irrigation, and power generation in the region. The reservoir formed by the dam is also one of the largest artificial lakes in Asia, supporting rich biodiversity and local livelihoods.

I enjoy writing poems and shayari in Hindi, Odia, and Sambalpuri. I also like experimenting in the kitchen; especially working with green vegetables and red-colored non-vegetarian ingredients to create flavorful, well-balanced dishes.
